We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us. However, there may occasions where you feel it is necessary to return your order. In that event, you can return your item for a replacement or full refund under the following conditions.
If your item becomes faulty within 60days from the date on your invoice or packing slip, please inform us and we will provide you with a replacement item.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately. A replacement item or full refund will be given depending on your choice after returning the original item to us.
If your reason for return is due to a change of mind, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you may return your order provided you inform us of your decision within 14days of receipt.
Please be aware that we are unable to refund return delivery cost.
Return item should be sent in its original package along with a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
